Mr. Gardener’s experience in managing all aspects of mixed-use real estate acquisition and development management, including project sourcing, deal structuring, public/private partnerships, financing and asset management. Darnell Gardener obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Robert Morris University. Mr. Gardener furthered his career by completing the (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member, which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
